Austin enjoys learning, solving complex problems and attaining new experiences. He strives to provide a high degree of professionalism and technical guidance to ensure smooth operations and stability of mission critical infrastructure.

Jovan is a Network Engineer and Security Analyst with 10 years of experience. He is also a United States Marine Corps combat veteran and believes that there is no obstacle that can’t be overcome with proper planning and perseverance. Jovan is well versed in enterprise IT technologies and data center networking processes and procedures but is no stranger to IT help-desk or cyber-security responsibilities. He holds a Cisco CCNA level certification but enjoys dabbling in virtualization, automation and programming. Jovan’s real passion however is networking and solving complex problems.

Steven is a graduate of Central Washington University with a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology and also holds CompTIA A+ and Server+ industry certifications. He has 5 years of professional IT experience, including help desk operations, networking, system administration and Voice over IP administration. Steven has a strong desire to advance his knowledge and experience while simultaneously providing excellent customer service to our clients.
